Amazing service all around. Sierra was probably the 5th dealership i had called that morning. Initially I spoke with Lupe over on the Chevrolet side. What a breath of fresh air it was to speak with someone who knew their job and could communicate that effectively, efficiently and with friendly professionalism. She gave me an appointment for 1pm. I showed up about 10 min early. Robert met me and listened to me explain the issue with my car, without and judgment of my lack of car mechanics. Then he called over the mechanic, whos name i cant remember and I apologize because he too was great. Anyway, the gentleman explained to me that he was going to take a test drive and rry to replicate the problem. A few minutes later, he was back. Told me he was pretty sure he knew where the issue was but would confirm once he did a complete diagnostic. Said he would probably have the car ready by 3pm. At 4pm, I was back picking up my, now fixed, Honda. The entire experience was wonderful.
