I went to Honda Auto National because my air conditioner stopped working. We were having triple digit weather and I was so concerned how much this was going to cost. The advisor explained clearly what to expect. I had to leave my car there for a few hours and they offered to order me an Uber to my house free of charge. I was home about 3 hours when my advisor contacted me and told me what was wrong. He then said it was covered under the warranty so I did not have to pay for the repairs or the diagnosis. I was thrilled! He then offered me another Uber to get me back to the dealership. which I gladly accepted. Thank you to my advisor Everest and Honda for your honesty and workmanship and for the unexpected perks like a free Uber ride to and from. Greatly appreciated.
