Shocking and Disrespectful Treatment at Honda of Stevens Creek I honestly don’t even know where to start. I called Honda of Stevens Creek about leasing two 2026 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid cars, one for myself and one for my mother. I spoke with Sam Hussein, who was very nice and helpful. He gave me pricing for both cars, and based on that, I decided to go in and move forward. After work, I went to the dealership to complete the process. While I was waiting, a manager named Patrick walked up to me. No greeting, no introduction, nothing. He just said my name and then told me, very loudly, “We don’t want your business. My general manager said we are not selling you a car. You need to leave.” This happened in front of multiple customers and staff. I was honestly shocked and embarrassed. There was no explanation, no reason given, just told to leave like that. I’ve been a Honda customer for over 26 years and have purchased more than 15 vehicles. I have never experienced anything like this before. I don’t know what the reason was, but the way this was handled felt very wrong. Based on the situation, I can’t help but feel like I may have been treated differently because of my background as an Iranian, especially given everything going on right now. If that’s the case, it’s extremely concerning. If true, this kind of treatment could raise serious concerns under California laws that protect customers from discrimination. We regret buying Honda because of the terrible and dishonest service experience. Our car is still new and the A/C failed while under warranty. The dealership first charged us $1k just to diagnose it, dishonest service experience. Our car is still new and the A/C failed while under warranty. The dealership first charged us $1k just to diagnose it, then claimed it wasn’t covered and told us we had to spend another $7k on unrelated repairs before they would even fix the A/C. After wasting a lot of time going back and forth, we took the car to another shop. They replaced the Honda A/C compressor and fixed the problem for under $2k. None of the supposed $7k issues were actually necessary. This felt like a clear attempt to push unnecessary repairs and to make money whenever possible. Very disappointing and dishonest service. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here. More

The sales manager tried to slip on an extra $600 fee, and only after we pointed it out removed the fee. Afterwards he refused to lower the price by even $10 on the used car and compared buying a car to buying a shirt from Nordstrom. He behaved like a child and shouted loud enough for the whole dealership to hear. Completely unprofessional and rude, take your business elsewhere. More
