I search the AAA used car website and saw a car I wanted to look at so I called your dealership and Sabrina Ramirez returned my call. I told her what car I was interested in and she confirmed the car was av to look at so I called your dealership and Sabrina Ramirez returned my call. I told her what car I was interested in and she confirmed the car was available. I left immediately and was at the dealership within 30 minutes on Saturday. When I arrived Sabrina explained that she could not help me but she introduced me to Nour. My son and I test drove the car but when we returned to the dealership Nour stated that the car was no longer available because it had been sold to someone else. I was frustrated since Sabrina had confirmed the car was available. Nour showed us another car that we test drove and eventually purchased. Nour briefly explained the additional purchase options (extended warranty, anti-theft) which I declined. Despite saying we would purchase the car, Nour seemed to drag the process bringing 1 or 2 forms at a time for us to sign and then leaving for 10-15 minutes. This happened 3 or 4 times. After approximately 90 minutes, she finally took us to financing. I will say that financing was very efficient. However, when I got home and finally had a chanced to review the "itemization of the amount financed", I noticed that Nour added the additional warranty (EG VSC) and the EG theft deterrent to the contract. Together, this is an additional $3713.00 that I did not request. I do not know what action I can take but it is upsetting that this was added on after I declined the option. I do not know if this is a common practice or just something Nour did but either way, it is wrong. More
