Amazing experience. Found the vehicle online, identical to one at North Scottsdale but $5k less. Maverick, Austin, and Cameron were all amazing when buying the car. Traded in my Heritage Z and got an amazing offer. The home-visit encore was an amazing experience. They came out to my house 3 days after buying and personally showed me the driving modes and all the tech. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. Will definitely be back.

I've taken my car in a few times recently and Quentin (known as Q) has been my service agent. I need someone that is quick on follow up and is willing to do the legwork in getting my car fixed. My 2024 Santa Fe has had way too many problems for the amount of money I'm spending on it monthly so having a service agent like Quentin makes it a little bit easier to deal with. I have zero tolerance for excuses and xxxxxxxx and I am not getting any of that with Quinton and I appreciate that. :)

Absolutely the best! Three years ago we leased a RZ450E after working with Salma.. As the lease end approached, it was difficult to decide what to do. Should we turn it in, trade it or buy it?? We spoke with Salma, and again, she answered endless questions regarding options. Salma does not 'sell' you a car. She wants to know, and works to know, that her customer ends up with a car that is exactly the best possible fit and choice. After spending time with her, and asking her feedback, I realized that keeping this amazing car was the perfect choice. With the help of Adam, who works the finance piece, we found a great warranty and a perfect solution. Adam is extremely good at what he does- and very fast! Thank you Salma for introducing me to the RZ. This car has allowed me to prevent a bad accident at least twice. I'm grateful for the extraordinary acceleration that allowed me to move quickly and avoid collisions. I had no idea of the power this car has! And I know that I wouldn't have seen the benefit of the RZE, as well as the great warranty available, unless Salma took the time to explain it to me Recently we had damage from road debris. It was nothing we could have seen or avoided. I want to thank Salma for making time to explain the warranty. Having the warranty in place meant saving thousands of dollars and avoiding a claim on my auto insurance. Thank you! Lexus is an amazing car, the dealership is extremely professional, and Salma is a complete professional and a joy to know.
