I appreciate the lack of pressure from Jack and Traci. I've had bad experiences at multiple car dealerships with regard to pressure tactics. I've also been cheated and misled a few times, which put me off buying cars the “traditional way” for a while. But this is the third Subaru we have purchased from Tucson Subaru, and the second from Jack McVey specifically. And Traci is fast, efficient, friendly and a hoot! She understood my need for a glass of wine after my interaction with my insurance company during the car transaction. Bravo Jack, Traci, and Tucson Subaru for being good at their jobs and just very nice people. More

Working with salesperson Humberto was a pleasant experience. Humberto provided excellent five star service. However, working with Traci in finance was not a pleasant experience. I did not appreciate experience. Humberto provided excellent five star service. However, working with Traci in finance was not a pleasant experience. I did not appreciate the lack of transparency in the purchasing process. I submitted recommendations for improvement directly to the general manager. If those improvements are implemented then I would recommend this dealership. More
