I recently brought my wife's 2019 Crosstrek in for an A/C performance test and multi-point inspection. Dan was temporarily unavailable, so Matt stepped in and greeted me promptly with courtesy and checked me performance test and multi-point inspection. Dan eventually took over and kept me appraised as I waited in the comfortable surroundings at the dealership. I was back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. The video from the mechanic as he was doing the inspection was a nice touch. It was another exceptional service experience at Tucson Subaru. More

I submitted a request for info on the website on a Sunday and unexpectedly heard back from Debbie a short while later. When I dropped by the next day, she was easy going, answered all my questions, and didn' and unexpectedly heard back from Debbie a short while later. When I dropped by the next day, she was easy going, answered all my questions, and didn't sour the experience by trying to talk me into options I wasn't interested in. Once we started discussing financing options with Kevin, it was the same again. He explained things clearly, answered questions, and worked hard to find the best rate possible. All in all, a great experience. I'll be back when it's time to service the vehicle, and should I ever be looking for another Subaru, they'll be my go-to, for sure. More
