My experience with Tucson Subaru began when I viewed the Website. It was easy to navigate and comprehensive. I really liked the "meet our staff" section. The writeups on staff made the dealership seem welcoming and friendly. I messaged Layla Lopez through the website about the car I was interested in. She responded quickly and professionally. Layla followed up accordingly, which lead to my initial visit. Upon approach to the dealership, I liked what I saw and I especially liked that I wasn't accosted by wolf-like sales people. I was pleasantly greeted inside by reception. I was instantly impressed by the clean appearance and quiet atmosphere. Within a couple of minutes of my arrival, I met Layla, who put me at ease with her calm demeanor. Layla had prepared the car ahead of time. I appreciate efficiency. I pretty knew at that point, I'd buy that car. After a test drive, Layla and I talked about a few details. She introduced me to sales manager Curt, who answered a couple of questions. Curt was friendly and fielded my questions with ease. I returned in a couple of days to finalize my purchase. Everything went smoothly and I was kept informed throughout the process. I met with Traci Roberts,, who explained all the financial documents, service plans and various warranties. Traci too was friendly, welcoming and efficient. There are so many choices to be made and I felt (feel) confident that I made the right ones. Traci helped demystify the process. After finalizing the paperwork, Layla took me to my shiny new car, a 2024 Subaru Outback Touring XT. She went over several aspects of the car with me and helped me out with its technology. Well-done! More

Dealership is excellent, but the secret to the sauce is the employees. Their professionalism and individual aproach to each client and each sale to make sure everyone goes home happy is the biggest thing t the employees. This review is going to be about four things, (1) the dealership, (2) the first sales - Daniel Tennes, (3) the main sales Rep - Joseph Zaragoza, and (4) the Finance Lady. Dealership - 2 Stars 2. Daniel Tennes - 1 Star 3. Joseph Zaragoza - 5 Stars 4. Finance Lady - 5 Stars I am doing this review about one month after I purchased the vehicle. So let me start off by saying that overall I am very happy with my purchase which was 2021 Outback Limited XT. When I purchased this vehicle I didn't haggle over the price, there was no trade in, and I gave cash down as a down-payment. Prior to going on the test drive I noticed that all fours tires were quit worn and the tread wear indicator bars were very visible. The test drive was done Daniel Tennes and after we returned to the dealership I inspected the tires a closer. It was obvious that the tires also had uneven wear, mainly on the front two tires. I told Daniel Tennes that I wanted to purchase the vehicle but I would like to have a new set of tires put on it due to the tire wear and condition. Daniel left the office and a short time later he returned with a tire wear gauge and said that the tires were good and I could go check them if I wanted to. Now, to date (May 5, 2024) I am going to have to purchase a new set tires for a car that the dealership should have ensured were in good condition prior to offering the vehicle for sale. Regarding Joseph Zaragoza and the Finance lady both of these two were awesome. Joseph has since my purchase contacted me several times asking if there was anything that I need, question I had, etc., and no I didn't tell Joseph about the tires because it was obvious the during the process with Daniel the dealership was not going to entertain the need of the car. More
