I believe if I was more hesitant or unsure he would have gone over the cars in more detail. I appreciated that approach. Traci was also super helpful and informative about what I was signing and was happy to clarify. She also went out of her way to help organize my documents one for the house and the other for the car, which she did not have to do but took the time to do so- even when it was super late. Both were amazing and I appreciate their directness and way they went about selling the car to me. I would buy from them again no doubt. More
