The sales manager took the time to introduce himself. They all treated us with care. The actual facility is fantastic, it's a newer facility with refreshments and clean bathrooms. This review is specifically about Angel Marinez. His approach to salesmanship is exactly what I feared would not be possible from a dealership. He did not pressure me. He treated me like I was intelligent and in charge of my decision. There was absolutely no gender bias, another rarity in buying cars, especially in the Southwest. He answered (or got answers to) all of my questions. He was warm, accommodating, and got me a very fair price for this gently used 2025 car of my dreams. He has integrity and that is very rare in sales. Finally, on the day of the pickup, he gave me a ride from my home to the dealership which is a symbol of what true caretaking looks like. I hope Tucson Subaru upholds this kind of service ethic as it grows. There was no "sales" in this deal. It was a partnership. I will remember this experience for years to come. Angel is a rare find. Had some issues scheduling to see a car I was interested in—saw it on line. Worked with 2 different sales associates, neither of whom seemed extremely knowledgeable nor interested in letting me know what wa in—saw it on line.
