Had some issues scheduling to see a car I was interested in—saw it on line. Worked with 2 different sales associates, neither of whom seemed extremely knowledgeable nor interested in letting me know what wa in—saw it on line. I came in on a lunch break just to browse on what Tucson Subaru had to offer. There were a few options that I had liked but due to time constraints I had to return a bit later in the week. With this the communication was great, my wife and I had picked a car , Austin and the rest of Tucson Subaru made the process smooth. This is my first Subaru and so far has been a joy to drive. I've not been a fan of my past dealership car buying experiences, but Tucson Subaru was a pleasant change. I first met Austin earlier this year before I was actually ready to buy. I happened to be in Tu experiences, but Tucson Subaru was a pleasant change. I first met Austin earlier this year before I was actually ready to buy. I happened to be in Tucson one day and stopped by Tucson Subaru on a spur of the moment thought. Austin spent time with me and we went for a test drive, though I'd told him I wasn't yet ready to buy anything. Once I became ready, he worked with me by phone on the selection process and that went very well. My selection was a vehicle due for delivery in a few weeks and Austin did a great job managing that process and keeping me informed. I'd work with him again, but I likely will drive this car for ten years or more. Kevin was also super to work with. Besides being personable, his information delivery is very polished. They both made this the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, and I've been driving for over 50 years. More
