Buying a car is never really “fun” but Estevan (and Debbie) sure came close. Covered all the information, everything felt transparent and moved along as quickly as possible. I submitted a request for info on the website on a Sunday and unexpectedly heard back from Debbie a short while later. When I dropped by the next day, she was easy going, answered all my questions, and didn' and unexpectedly heard back from Debbie a short while later. When I dropped by the next day, she was easy going, answered all my questions, and didn't sour the experience by trying to talk me into options I wasn't interested in. Once we started discussing financing options with Kevin, it was the same again. He explained things clearly, answered questions, and worked hard to find the best rate possible. All in all, a great experience. I'll be back when it's time to service the vehicle, and should I ever be looking for another Subaru, they'll be my go-to, for sure. More
