I have been a customer of this dealership for as long as I’ve had my 2020 Corolla. I’ve had several negative experiences here, but the incident yesterday really solidified this business as untrustworthy as I’ve had my 2020 Corolla. Long story short, I took my car in for an oil change and left without functioning air conditioning. I turned around and went back and they told me they could not identify why my AC no longer works and that I will not be able to come back until Tuesday. He expects me to drop my car off for 72 hours, pay for a rental vehicle, as well as a diagnosis. My air conditioning system was fully functional prior to my appointment. With the amount that I drive for work, not having air conditioning in my car during the hottest time of the year is miserable and a danger to my health. I take exceptional care of my vehicle (2020 Corolla) and I understand if something was knocked loose, unplugged, or damaged during the inspection. However, I expect the employees to take responsibility to fix this issue free of charge. I reached out to management and customer relations with no response.
