Highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Mr Antwoine Perkins at the Montgomery location in early March 2024. I didn’t think I would be approved due to my credit and I had a trade in that I didn’t think would be acceptable. But he really seemed to care and even gave me advice about how to better my credit for the future. He got me in a great vehicle and accepted my trade in. The customer service was great and the entire staff was friendly. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Nate himself when beyond the call of duty by getting trade vehicle unloaded and following us home even though it was extremely late after hours. Overall experience was very good and my salesperson Danial was exceptional! My only complaint was I received a checklist of vehicle items checked and yet when I got home to find out my keyless entry door key pad won’t work. On retuning to the dealership they inform me I could have it replaced for approximately 450.00 dollars. I will purchase the new part and have a different ford dealership program it but I would think Lynn Layton would have worked with me to resolve the issue. Just not the kind of trust I will have in the future!
