They were very helpful in getting my transmission put in but they had my car for 34 days and provided no loaner during this time. The communication from my service rep was bare minimum. I called him for updates instead of him keeping me informed. It took two weeks just to do a diagnostic then another rep called me saying my transmission was denied and wanted me to come look at cars to purchase a new one. But I later found out this wasn't true and the transmission approval was still being processed. It was stressful to say the least but I finally got my car and it's driving fine. I'm glad it's over and I finally got it back More
