Chris introduced himself as soon as we were on the lot, he's very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles, we looked at a few then test drove the Kicks. That was the one we decided to buy. He made promises and then act like he didn't I have text message proof and after the sale of the vehicle which is a 2023 Nissan Rogue I purchased on 3/16/24 and didn't take ownership until 4/23/24 , 6 days message proof and after the sale of the vehicle which is a 2023 Nissan Rogue I purchased on 3/16/24 and didn't take ownership until 4/23/24 , 6 days before my first payment and he wouldn't take any calls from me about updates about my car which I had added a trim package and he told his manager I was pressuring him and his manager Eddie Williams told him to ignore me that he would handle it so he tried to intimidate me by yelling and screaming at me in front on the employee so I filed a complaint on both party involved I am a loyal customer I have purchased 7 vehicle from this dealership and have referred over 6 people and this was how was treated from GM Eddie Williams I was told to get off his property and that Nissan doest want my business and that they would not be servicing my vehicle I was aloud on the property anymore so I have filed a complaint with corporate waiting on result More
