My experience started out okay, I was happy about the amount of energy put into getting my deal done. After I purchased my vehicle and drove off the lot that’s when things went south. They owe me almost amount of energy put into getting my deal done. After I purchased my vehicle and drove off the lot that’s when things went south. They owe me almost 2k back, and every time I call to find out where my money is no one in management wants to talk to me. Keep asking me to leave my name and number but no one ever calls back. So at this point I’m left to leave a negative review for this experience I’m having with management and finance managers and store managers not returning my calls and not sending me my funds that are due to me. Next step after this is bringing legal help in to get my money so then they gonna have to pay legal fees plus my money. This is ridiculous that things have to get to this point. I purchased in March of 2024 and it’s now going into June in less than 24hrs and still no phone call or check in my mailbox. More
