My service advisor never called me back, after repeated calls. I finally tried the service manager, who also did not return my call or send me the information on my car when he said he would. I was finally able to get the service manager on the phone by calling repeatedly in the same day and getting lucky. The first two calls that day, I sat on hold for 15 minutes before giving up and trying again later. The third call, I finally got him on the phone after sitting on hold for ten minutes. When I did finally get the email from them, he quoted double the amount due over the price I had already agreed to with the service advisor. Stay away from this place. More

5 hour wait for 12:00pm appointment for standard 5000 mile service. I arrived at 11:47am and checked out at 5:17pm I asked for new windshield wiper blades, and they replaced only the two on the front wi mile service.
