I was referred to this dealership by a friend. I bought the CRV a little over a year ago. When I bought it I was told that I would get 3 free basic services. The first one the dealer honored but t I bought the CRV a little over a year ago. When I bought it I was told that I would get 3 free basic services. The first one the dealer honored but this second time they would not and I had to pay. When I asked about it, I got a sales pitch about how I needed to keep the car serviced and that I bought the extended warranty, which is different from the servicing of the car. I did not appreciate that. I know the difference and I know I was told I would get three basic services complimentary when I purchase the vehicle. Also the friend that referred me has gotten those complimentary three services. The car was also there for almost 7 hours and when I picked it up I was told that the cabin filter and the engine filter were in poor condition and needed to be changed but no one had called me throughout the 7 hours that my car was there to ask if I wanted to have this done. I spent over $800 on the services . Now I have to get this done at another time for more money which I have limited both. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, but overall I'm disappointed with the experience and won't come back unless I absolutely have to. More
