Brought my wife’s Sequoia in again, for some warranty related issues and a 20k mile service and a non warranty related repair. Talked to Cannon on a Monday. He scheduled me for Weds morning, provided me related issues and a 20k mile service and a non warranty related repair. Talked to Cannon on a Monday. He scheduled me for Weds morning, provided me with a loaner and had our car ready that afternoon. I was notified of everything throughout the day. Cannon is so pleasant to talk to and easy to work with. All the time. I just wish that some of the other dealership staff were as nice as he is. More

Great experience buying our new Toyota RAV4 from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. We lucked out with Lex Woodward the salesman, he kept us up to date as we had to wait for the model we wanted to arrive. Seemed a good friendly place. Price always goes up when you get to finance along with payment and products. Typical car dealership tactics. But like I said it’s a waste of time running back and forth to come up with the right numbers only to be changed in finance. Been there a million times and would just rather go straight to finance. Overall still a good experience sales lady was great. More
