My experience with Miguel Cardenas was excellent! He was patient and helped explain each step of the process to us. We got a smoking hot deal on a Pre-Owned Tacoma. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by literally every employee that passed by...and there were like 25 employees on the floor. If you are not wearing a uniform and standing by yourself, every person will ask you if they can help. The sales managers, Tim Markle and Aldo were avaialable and addressed every question or concern with genuine care and made it right at every point. David and his manager Tommy in finance were great to work with. No hassles, no pressure, upselling was offered, but never pushy. I will be purchasing my next Toyota from Tim and Miguel...and my next...and my next. Very Satisfied customer! More
