He helped my husband and me so much, and we truly appreciate everything he did to help us purchase our first car together. Before this experience, I honestly didn’t have the best experiences with Toyota, and I never thought I would end up buying a Toyota vehicle. However, my husband convinced me to visit this dealership, and I’m so glad we did! We had a great experience during the test drive and were able to look at different colors and options. Unfortunately, the color I really wanted was out of stock, so we decided to place a pre-order and wait for it. The wait was a little longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth it. I finally got my dream car in the exact color I wanted, and I’m even happier with it than I imagined I would be! I would definitely recommend visiting the Pat Lobb location if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. Compared with other locations I’ve visited, the experience here was much more positive.
