(Update: I forgot another important point— the offer they provided was better than those from other dealers:) I visited this dealership several times over about 3 weeks before finally buying my new car here, and I want to share more than just a rating — hopefully these details help other buyers too. Derrick (Sales) was fantastic to work with. He was kind, professional, and never pushy — he knew from my first visit that I was comparing several makes and models, and unlike a salesperson I dealt with at another dealership, he never pressured me to buy on the spot. He offered honest, helpful perspective on different options along the way. He and senior manager Syed even helped source the car I wanted from another dealership farther away, and Derrick and his colleague helped me return my rental car to the rental location near where I live. Paco (Finance) was efficient and straightforward. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, like the wear and tear warranty — a refreshing contrast to an experience I had with someone else on the same team.

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer.
