The employee was very helpful but had no ability to change the practices.** I wanted to give some honest feedback -- I contacted your dealership regarding a RAV4 with VIN 2T3A1RFV4RW445911 and spoke with Ruben. Ruben informed me that this particular vehicle as well as nearly EVERY OTHER vehicle listed on ToyotaCertified.com are -NOT- available. I instead found out from Ruben that the only -actual- vehicles that exist in reality at your dealership are: 1. Higher mileage. 2. Higher price. 3. Lower-grade models. The excuse was "Oh, we are not a franchise so you have to check our inventory and website." Then WHY ARE THEY LISTED ON TOYOTACERTIFIED.COM at all????? This in -every- way screams bait-and-switch tactics thinking people are dumb enough to be enticed with a "good" deal online, then going to allow themselves to be talked into buying a lesser-equipped, higher-mileage vehicle for MORE money. LOL. Priceless! Maybe they are -- but not I. Keep the typical "user card salesman" xx, and I'll keep my money. Now I know another dealership to avoid and tell everyone else my experience. More

Pat Lobb of McKinney is an extremely large dealership with an excellent inventory of vehicles to look at! We had some irritating hiccups with a sales manager, but that’s ok. What turned out to be a bad first experience on a Saturday had us driving off the lot in the new car we wanted and a great deal the following Wednesday. Dealing with SM James Brown, SC Ruben Silva, and GM Brent Williams, was the experience we had hoped for all along and we are glad we gave them a second chance. We would recommend and deal with any of these three gentlemen again. More

We almost walked out after the manager dismissed us, but our salesman, Ruben, saved the sale and helped us reserve a 2026 RAV4. Ruben was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was incredibly transparent, humble, supportive, and kept excellent communication with us from start to finish. Unfortunately, delivering the new car was a mess. It was rushed through the wash and given to us dirty, with no floor mats at all despite an agreement for all-weather ones. Worse, we found a misaligned rear bumper and a broken automatic wiper rain sensor. We’ve already driven over 100 miles back and forth to the dealership. We are still waiting on parts and another service appointment just to get a brand-new vehicle properly fixed. More
