Cannon Campbell got my wife handled with a loaner car and back on the road within 30 minutes of her airbag system light coming on. Truck was damage in the shop and David Jurs tried fact finding to determine if damage was cause at the show but was unable to show evidence that my vehicle had damage coming in or leaving. My wife has a 2023 Sequoia and it was due for the 30K service and a brake replacement as part of a Toyota bulletin. I remember him saying "This might take a year, just to let you know" and while it did take almost a year, he was prompt to call me when parts arrived. They performed the service, the recall, a few items I requested to be looked at and he assisted me with a loaner car. Vehicle was serviced and is great. Cannon provided excellent customer service as he always does. I am forever grateful to have an Ace in my pocket, for my service needs. I use Cannon exclusively, and you should too! More
