Quoted a home down payment for a couple small leaks to be fixed on a car that I have routinely serviced in their department. Do better Patt Lobb. You would think if you bought a car from them and serviced it there every time there would be some kind of customer service. Nope just a machine built to make money. I’ve been a customer of Pat Lobb’s since 2007. My last 2 cars were purchased there and all maint was done there. Every service advisor I’ve encountered has been phenomenal. Today, I thought I needed an alignment but was advised didn’t need to until next time thereby saving me $$$. There is always an associate to greet me, locate my info and notify service advisor of my arrival. I’m sold on Pat Lobb’s Toyota!! More
