Our first time buying a Toyota and first visit to Toyota of McKinney. We met with Ricky Straight who was new to the dealership but you couldn’t tell, he was knowledgeable, respectful, kind and patient (not of McKinney. Duane was friendly & speedly concluded the process plus acted on all items I pointed out except tinting which he comeback & reported finance says i would have to pay. I pointed out the vehicle is pulling slightly towards the left side & despite the green alignment report it still does. Not sure if its the alignment equipment which needs calibration or the car that has an issue. Plan to take it to a different dealer to confirm. More
