I want to share my outstanding experience with Ivan Williams, who is truly one of the best salespeople I have encountered in a long time. Right from our first encounter, I explained that my last experi Williams, who is truly one of the best salespeople I have encountered in a long time. Right from our first encounter, I explained that my last experience with Richardson Toyota was nothing short of a nightmare. Ivan assured me that my experience with him and at their dealership would be entirely different, and he delivered on that promise. The entire process was seamless, and his professionalism shone through every step of the way. Given my hectic schedule, we began our discussions via text, and by the next day, we had everything finalized. I also want to acknowledge Devin Hawley, the Floor Manager, who made the final stages of the deal effortless. This experience was a dramatic improvement from my previous one, as I mentioned earlier. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Be sure to seek out Ivan Williams as your salesperson! More

We met with Ricky Straight who was new to the dealership but you couldn’t tell, he was knowledgeable, respectful, kind and patient (not pushy). I will be sending my referrals his way and am confident they will be well taken care of. We don’t love buying cars or going to dealerships because of the pressure and what feels like salespeople that only want the commission. This was absolutely not the case and we had a very positive and enjoyable experience. We also chose this dealership because they have a great selection of vehicles that we didn’t find when looking online elsewhere. More
