I had an appointment on Saturday 12. 13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that he knew for a fact that they didn't have any parts for my make of car. Well, I bought the car from Pat Lobb Toyota but he just told me to go to a dealership that makes Mazda's. I couldn't believe he wouldn't even check to figure out the damage and order the part. Then Joel Casper told someone to give me the address to a dealership down the road. When I told the other dealership what happened, they fit me in right away and ordered the damaged part. I pre-paid for everything and was told they will call me to make an appointment once it arrives. Why couldn't Pat Lobb do that? More

I reported a coolant leak to Toyota of McKinney before my vehicle reached 100,000 miles, but the dealership failed to perform a proper diagnostic inspection. Because of this oversight, the issue was not addressed until after my car exceeded the warranty threshold. I was told the repair will not be covered, even though I raised the concern well in advance. This is not a lapse on my part—it is a failure by the dealership to diagnose a safety-related condition. My teen daughter drives this vehicle to Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches and frequently drives this vehicle home to McKinney. Her SAFETY HAS BEEN JEOPARDIZED BY THIS NEGLIGENCE. More

Ruban was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. He made the vehicle trade in process a breeze with absolutely no pressure to buy anything from him/toyota.
