Best dealership experience I’ve had! I’ll start by saying my credit isn’t the best, so I’ve been judged in the past at dealerships, or at least felt judged. Not here though! Not once did I feel judged and they did everything they had to do to get me in a new car! My salesperson was Ruben Silva, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was 100% transparent and didn’t feed me any xx that your typical salesperson would normally do. HIGHLY recommend Pat Lobb! I will be back for sure! More

Roger customer experience was amazing. Roger is a valuable employee that knows how to build relationships with customers. Roger was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Roger took the time to explain thoroughly the process and we test drove the car so we could get a feel of the car. Roger even drive the SUV so we could see the different features of the car. Roger had a gentleman to show us how everything worked in the SUV before we left with the SUV. We are not sure what his name was but he was wonderful. My husband and I love Toyota vehicles and we will back to see Roger when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. We do not want to forget about the manager Brian as he was great to work with because we were going to leave due to price but Brian was able to work the price out so it could be a win win for us and Toyota.
