My sales person was great. I have not had as pleasant of an experience with the service department. I brought it in with a number of issues. The only 1 that was fixed was to fill the tires with air. One of the reasons I chose BMW is dealers will pick up your car and deliver it after service. This does not seem to be available at the dealership. When I mentioned it, they said it might be possible but really didn't provide it as an option. I am not happy at all. More

I had dropped off my car on Friday morning. My car was returned only on Monday evening. I understand that the service department was supposed to return the car only after the repair work is don My car was returned only on Monday evening. I understand that the service department was supposed to return the car only after the repair work is done but for all these days no loaner car was provided. On top of it, my calls were not answered to provide updates on Monday. I had to call 6-7 times to know whether I will be getting my car back on Monday. Nobody was talking about the inconvenience caused to me without the car. This type of treatment is not acceptable. What I knew that BMW is best in customer support which was clearly lacking here. More
