Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Awful experience at Lexus North Miami. I was interested in a GX 550 they had on the way, and they asked me to put down a $5,000 deposit to secure it, which felt high, but I agreed and paid I was interested in a GX 550 they had on the way, and they asked me to put down a $5,000 deposit to secure it, which felt high, but I agreed and paid right away. To my surprise, they sold the car to someone else, claiming they got a cash offer, even though I had already made the deposit. This kind of thing is unfortunately typical of Miami dealerships. I stopped searching for other cars, thinking I had this one locked in, only to be left hanging. It’s the kind of move that shows poor management—trying to be slick but ultimately ruining their own reputation. Not only will I never buy from them again, but I’ll make sure to share my experience every time someone asks about this dealership. If they think these tactics are smart business, they’re dead wrong. All they’re doing is hurting their sales team and pushing away loyal customers. Lexus North Miami needs to clean up their act, or they’ll keep losing business for good. More
