I highly recommend Koons Lincoln of Annapolis. The entire experience from the time I hit the parking lot until I finished signing on the dotted line was outstanding. I was not happy when I went in this time, as I had just had work done on the power steering and now I was back with the same issue, except this time I was hooked to my trailer and on my way out of town for had work done on the power steering and now I was back with the same issue, except this time I was hooked to my trailer and on my way out of town for a work weekend at the farm 3 hours away. Needless to say this changed my plans. I lost steering and brakes on my way out of town and had to limp it into the dealership. Mike and Earl were extremely apologetic and understanding. It could not be fixed that day and I would have to leave it over the weekend. It did get fixed on Monday and they took care of me, as usual. More
