Every time I go in for an oil change I’m treated like a burden and they ask me to sign a document agreeing to $200 in fuel additives, oil additives, and other useless nonsense when all of my maintenance is already included. Despite buying a used car and not having a very large budget, Kerem treated me and my wife like we were buying the most expensive car on the lot.
