overall rating 2 out of 5 stars service department excellent sales department jeremy excellent finance department carlos extremely unprofessional and misleading i am updating my review to accurately r excellent sales department jeremy excellent finance department carlos extremely unprofessional and misleading i am updating my review to accurately reflect my experience with each department as a returning customer buying my third vehicle from greenway kia west service got me in quickly on mothers day for air conditioner repairs and sales representative jeremy worked hard to secure a brand new 2026 kia k4 for my requested 488 dollar monthly payment however everything changed in the finance office with carlos who added gap coverage and a platinum warranty raising my payment to 549 dollars when i refused the extras carlos pushed back calling me irresponsible and then claimed i could sign at 549 make one payment and refinance to 372 dollars using an external lender website he advised me to claim 4000 dollars monthly income and explicitly promised that if refinancing failed he would remove the gap and warranty to restore my 488 dollar payment relying on his guarantee i signed after making my first payment carlos ignored my calls and emails local banks refused refinancing due to heavy negative equity from my trade in after filing a complaint with kia corporate i visited the dealership where a hostile carlos removed the coverage products but the financing bank confirmed my payment remains permanently fixed at 549 dollars because refunds only reduce principal balance not monthly dues carlos used deceptive tactics unachievable refinancing promises and predatory advice to lock me into a higher contract do not rely on verbal assurances or promises of post sale adjustments if a deal is not explicitly written in your final binding contract do not sign it the star rating system doesn't allow negative so I put one star by his name to bring attention to my situation but in no manner do I think he did anything good More

Everything was amazing, the process to purchase did not feel overwhelming . I did not feel pressured into making a purchase. It was a great experience and quick.
