When I came back, they had no record of ordering the parts, so I worked with them to pre-pay and order the parts properly. At this point I was ready to say this was a fluke accident. However, when I came back again they could not find a record of the parts being ordered. Thankfully I had my itemized receipt and they eventually found them (after telling me they didn’t have the parts and that they were probably sent away). The work got done, but they skimped on the details (for example, I had tape on one of the areas I needed fixed and they didn’t bother removing that when they took care of the area). It was a mediocre experience - the people were relatively friendly but very disorganized and chaotic compared to other experiences I’ve had in other places in the past. I personally will not return here.
