Pass the buck Honda Dealership. Now that they were purchased by Corwin it allows them to blame Groove Honda for promises/commitments not honored. Honda has such a good product customer service doesnt matter to Corwin Honda. I started my car buying process on thursday and finished Saturday afternoon. The sales rep was saved by a finance rep Mario w matter to Corwin Honda. I started my car buying process on thursday and finished Saturday afternoon. The sales rep was saved by a finance rep Mario who overheard our conversation and told him the car that would be perfect fit for what I was asking for if not for him I would not of bought a car at corwin. Given the car just got in I understood there would be some time but 3 days and even after the 3 days to get my car the radio and nav wasnt programed as requested several times. When payment was brought up there was a miss communication as I said I wanted to pay for the car with my credit card. I get to finance and ricky said thats not possible and it was late bc I had another customer got to cut in front of me bc they were short staffed for over an hour they told me to go home. They were also working with a new system which I know can be hard. Also the gas cover on the car doesnt work and I still dont know if it would be covered. Also when buying the car cash with checks the second day the first rep I got said he couldnt print a reciept. Thankfully the finance rep Mario who told me about the car I wanted worked there and was able to sell the car to me and get me a receipt and answer all my questions for the most part that was with in his control. Honda has a great product so I was able to look past a lot of this negitive experience but I know they could do better in customer service. I know it was a used car that I bought so not the big money makers that the other cars would be but awful customer service experience. The sales rep Sean was nice and not all of the experience was his fault but a lot of the team could do better. Still waiting to hear back about the gas cover. Mario saved this experience and was awsome. More

Came in for an oil change, was done quickly, when I drove in I noticed my alignment was red on the screen. When I went to pay I asked if my alignment was good he said yes and we also do a double check. Went in I noticed my alignment was red on the screen.
