My experience with Corwin Honda couldn't have been better. Miguel was my primary contact, and the dealership respected that. I didn't receive text or calls from multiple people I had never met, like I better. Miguel was my primary contact, and the dealership respected that. I wanted to deal with one salesperson, but didn't mind when the sales manager stepped in at the end of the process to negotiate the timing of the deal. I wasn't able to commit until I had nailed down a job offer that I had accepted, but for which I hadn't received paperwork, yet. The lease was contingent on all the formalities of the employment offer being complete. And that didn't happen till literally the last day of the month for the HR-V special lease pricing. I'm sure the manager was sweating it a little. So, I put down $1,000 in good faith to show them I was serious, but still wanted to make sure I heard from HR that everything was a go before I committed to the lease. In the end, everyone from sales to finance worked with me to bring the HR-V home. It will be the perfect work vehicle. A great balance between an SUV and a small hatchback, with decent gas mileage. More

I like the used car very much and I would rate Corwin Honda overall as pretty good, but I’m a little disappointed in Meghan. As I was inspecting the car the day before I eventually signed the paperwork for it, I specifically asked Meghan if all of the maintenance had been recently taken care of including all of the fluids and she said yes. I took her at face value, however I have since discovered that the car computer says that there’s only 15% of life left in the engine oil, and I have found the windshield wiper fluid reservoir is completely empty. I feel that Meghan was not entirely candid with me when I asked her direct questions regarding the condition of the used vehicle. I will be taking my newly purchased car to get inspected in serviced next week, but I will not be taking it to Corwin to get that service done. More
