My experience with Corwin Honda couldn't have been better. Miguel was my primary contact, and the dealership respected that. I wanted to deal with one salesperson, but didn't mind when the sales manager stepped in at the end of the process to negotiate the timing of the deal. I wasn't able to commit until I had nailed down a job offer that I had accepted, but for which I hadn't received paperwork, yet. The lease was contingent on all the formalities of the employment offer being complete. And that didn't happen till literally the last day of the month for the HR-V special lease pricing. I'm sure the manager was sweating it a little. So, I put down $1,000 in good faith to show them I was serious, but still wanted to make sure I heard from HR that everything was a go before I committed to the lease. In the end, everyone from sales to finance worked with me to bring the HR-V home. It will be the perfect work vehicle. A great balance between an SUV and a small hatchback, with decent gas mileage. The whole process was great. I appreciate it the timeliness of it and my overall impression was very positive. My only issue was the detailing of the vehicle. Unfortunately a very oily detailing shine was used and it combined with the dirt to make a very oily and black residue all over the truck interior. I'm still trying to get the oily cleaner out.
