They have a great selection of vehicles, a convenient location, and ultimately I was able to negotiate a price I was happy with. However, there were some frustrations along the way. First, I can’t say enough good things about our salesman, Nickolas! He absolutely deserves five stars. From the beginning, Nickolas went above and beyond to help my wife and me find the right vehicle. We looked at and test-drove multiple cars, and not once did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the ins and outs of every vehicle we considered. He even put up with all my jokes along the way, which deserves some recognition on its own! What I appreciated most was that Nickolas genuinely seemed interested in helping us find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. He answered our questions, worked hard on our behalf, and truly bent over backwards to make the experience a positive one. He was easily the best part of our car-buying experience. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the dealership experience that left something to be desired. My biggest complaint is the lack of pricing transparency. When I first visited the dealership, I was surprised to learn that the vehicle would cost a couple thousand dollars more than the advertised price due to dealer-installed add-ons. These additional charges were not disclosed on the website or the vehicle’s window sticker. The FTC has clarified that advertised vehicle prices must include mandatory dealer fees and add-ons, excluding government-required charges. Based on my experience, Corwin Honda’s advertised pricing did not appear to meet those standards. Customers should be able to trust that the price advertised online reflects what they can actually purchase the vehicle for without unexpected mandatory charges. I also found it frustrating that I had to contact multiple out-of-state Honda dealerships to establish competitive pricing before I could negotiate a reasonable deal locally. Lastly, the finance department left a less-than-desirable final impression. The finance manager was pushy about extended warranties and protection packages. After I declined them, I felt his attitude toward me changed slightly. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a disappointing way to end an otherwise positive experience with our salesman. Despite these frustrations, I’m happy with my new Honda Pilot and the final price I negotiated. However, getting to that point required considerably more time, research, and negotiation than I believe should be necessary. Corwin Honda has a lot going for it, but improving pricing transparency and making the finance process less aggressive would go a long way toward earning a higher rating. And finally, I want to reiterate that Nickolas deserves every bit of five stars. The dealership may have fallen short in a few areas, but he went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. If you’re shopping at Corwin Honda, I highly recommend asking for him! More

He even went above and beyond on his day off to take the vehicle to and from my private mechanic for inspection at 0600 in the morning. He allowed me to inspect underneath the truck up on a lift in the shop and worked with the mechanic to get aftermarket lighting removed by the and back to OEM. The paperwork was ready to go and quick at the end of the deal because he was all over it. As for the dealership, not impressed with the “documentation fee” and the warranty tactics at the end of the deal. The warranty guy made it sound like the warranties on the list were included in the deal, but in reality they would have added a few thousand dollars to my purchase price. When I rejected them all, he had a slight attitude about it. Anyway, thanks Nick and keep being you! Would recommend his service to anyone! More

After shopping many dealerships I had narrowed my car search down to 4 vehicles all in different locations. I didn’t make it past the second dealership as Nick and Mario made the process easy, were very search down to 4 vehicles all in different locations. The dealership is clean, friendly, and transparent when it comes to pricing. Everyone I interacted with was nice and not pushy.
