This vehicle is AMAZING!! I shopped online, found a vehicle I was interested in and reached out to the dealership. Prior to my arrival Sales Consultant, Shawn Theodoran provided pictures and a “cool” walk-around inside/out video of the vehicle making the possibility to go back and review options I may have missed. His communication line was open, and I was informed throughout the entire process from cradle to grave. Upon my arrival, Shawn had the vehicle parked and ready for a test drive to include walking me through the vehicle’s technical features. He was kind, knowledgeable, extremely informative, transparent with pricing, and patient during my multiple test drives. He made my trade-in a smooth process. (He EVEN took the time to take a picture of me and “Old Blue” before I sadly turned the keys over.) LOL It is not always easy to find someone trustworthy when buying a vehicle.
