Melissa Gibson was a pleasure to work with, she's welcoming and knowledgeable. The dealership was clean, there were plenty of complementary snacks and beverages available to customers. I have spent many years going to this dealership. In order to get my BMw and mini cooper serviced. The last time I got a vehicle serviced was for my BMW. Based on my previous experiences, I was used to receiving text messages and phone calls from the service advisors. This time I did not even get a text message or a phone call, especially when my car had so many issues with it. I really was contemplating in purchasing another BMW. However, since there was a lack of consideration for me as a customer, I went elsewhere for my new car. I did see my service advisor when I went to pick up my car and she didn't even acknowledge my existence by saying hello. More
