The service that was performed was for a recall to check or replace the airbag if required. The airbag was not replaced after inspected as there was no issue. As a customer who began my relationship with this dealership as an Otto’s BMW customer, I liked the service under the Otto family. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2017. During the i dealership as an Otto’s BMW customer, I liked the service under the Otto family. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2017. During the inspection part of the service on Friday, Nov 2, 2024, the employee who did the inspection of emissions, disconnected the gas cap (cord) from where it connects. The employee didn’t have to disconnect the cord from where it is attached to perform this part of the inspection, and it should not have been just left for me, as the customer, to reattach it. That is why the manufacturer. BMW, designed it so that the cap is tethered to the gas compartment. In my opinion, this was disrespectful to me. More
