Dealing with service dept was a fiasco. Left off care at 9:30 am for tire change and state inspection. Called at 3:30 and car was still not in shop . Was told not ready till next day. No Left off care at 9:30 am for tire change and state inspection. Called at 3:30 and car was still not in shop . Was told not ready till next day. No call to advise us. Service manager threw in alignment to compensate . Appreciated. Picked up car. Not washed even though not freezing. Lubricant used to mount tires smeared all over tire. Not wiped off. Discovered later that tire pressure monitor not reset so another trip to dealer. Service advisor says way too busy for the people they have. Experiences like this can solve that problem. Worst experience owning BMW for 35 years. More
