Scott was excellent to deal with in co ordinating everything for an out of our state buy for our BMW. He had everything in order. We had a detailed FaceTime call to see the car and then test drove i everything for an out of our state buy for our BMW. He had everything in order. We had a detailed FaceTime call to see the car and then test drove it on another day. The dealership also was very hospitable and accommodating. They even took care of our rental car and arranged valet to return it. Truly enjoyed doing business with them. More

Service center does not communicate with customers at drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment and left 6 messages and no return call. Once with a named person it’s ok but the drop off process is just not customer focused. I told my sales person that if I end up getting service at a different bmw location with better service I will buy my next car there. More
