Lauren was amazing! I saw the car on the dealer’s website and called to inquire about it. She just happened to be the one who answered the phone, and we connected right I saw the car on the dealer’s website and called to inquire about it. She just happened to be the one who answered the phone, and we connected right away. She had the car waiting out front for me when I arrived so I could take it for a test drive. When I was ready to buy the car, it was waiting in the delivery bay. Lauren took pictures and sent them to me, which was such a thoughtful touch! While the paperwork was being prepared, she gave me time to get settled in the car, set everything to my liking, and walked me through all the new-to-me technology. We also chatted about things completely unrelated to cars, which helped take some of the stress out of the process and made the experience feel much more relaxed and personal. I’ve been a BMW driver since 2010, so I’m familiar with the brand, but it was great having Lauren there to help me navigate some of the newer features and answer my questions. She went above and beyond to make the entire experience comfortable, personalized, and stress-free. In Summary: Great experience from start to finish!
