The technician questioned my ability to operate the heater in my car even though there was a recall to replace the aux heater which was the cause of no heat in my car. I really couldn’t drive my i4 bec heater in my car even though there was a recall to replace the aux heater which was the cause of no heat in my car. I really couldn’t drive my i4 because it was so cold outside. You think they could get me in but I had to wait almost 2 weeks for service. Then they could not offer me a loaner and kept the car for 3 days. More
