Everything has changed with New service advisors not being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a call saying to come get your car its complete. A master cylinder is not that rapid. More

I had a service appt. That morning at Tansky. The one lane line into service there was out to 161. I waited 40 minutes in my car still hadn't talked to me. I asked to get That morning at Tansky. The one lane line into service there was out to 161. I waited 40 minutes in my car still hadn't talked to me. I asked to get out the door and drove to ToyotaDirect on a whim. A million service lanes pulled in Service writer greeted me wrote up my 40k service and out of there in 90 minutes More
