I had a service appt. That morning at Tansky. The one lane line into service there was out to 161. I waited 40 minutes in my car still hadn't talked to me. I asked to get That morning at Tansky. A million service lanes pulled in Service writer greeted me wrote up my 40k service and out of there in 90 minutes More

Mindy helped me and told me what was wrong and what was recommended. She was nice about it. She was capable to inform me with the information that she got from the crew who was going to work on the care recommended. She was nice about it. The first thing she did was to read what Jim had put in my record the last time I saw him and he was on target. She did listen to me and made me feel like she was interested in my problems. I do miss Jim. I would like to send him a gift if I had his address because he was nice and attentive to this old lady. Could you give me his address or if I brought a gift card for him, would he get. I like that Toyota is not far from where I live I would have made it if it was further away. More

Lately, the service has been mediocre. Went to check the proble with my TPMS and the girl was just like it's broken, 165.00 to do the diagnostic and change the broken piece. Then I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would pay 88.00 plus tax. When I checked out, it was a total of 108. And some change. What in the world! The live young man, told me it was because of the extra materials they used for everything. I'm not against paying for it but I was told 88.00 plus tax. I didn't know toyota had hidden fees. I was so upset, I left. Once I got in the car the maintenance required soon message came up. Also, no MPI was done at all. Ugh! More

I’m appreciative of the service I’ve received from Jeremy & Jim Elgin. I’m dismayed by the constant turnover and inability to track changes via notes in my ownership records and verbal agreement(s) by this d & Jim Elgin. I’m dismayed by the constant turnover and inability to track changes via notes in my ownership records and verbal agreement(s) by this dealership. When you’re told you over filled a tranny and one man knows that and took care and you come back and others tell you it couldn't have happened, it pisses you off as a customer. When a dealership puts on the wrong sized tires and screws up the protection in the wheel wheel and you tell them something is wrong and they send you away denying it… and you come back for the rotation and they replace all tires but not the wheel well shroud- and then want to to accept the September warranty date of the original buy versus the January date of the replacement… it leaves a bad impression. If and when the last person in this dealership I trust goes, Toyota Direct will be minus me and my patience forever. I didn’t need to buy my car there. I did it not to be working on my 30 year old Camry. Every visit has been problematic. I’m still waiting to have my chrome valve stems put back, by the way. More
