He took a nice video and told me exactly where there were dents and dings National, where the other two dealerships did not. I purchased the vehicle the next day. Thanks Ralph! You did a great job.

My previous experiences include several purchases from German luxury brands. Kutub was very easy and comfortable to work with. He was very efficient, friendly, and accommodating. He was also highly responsive, making me feel like I was the only person he was working with.
