The moment we walked thru the door we were greeted immediately within minutes salesman Simon introduced himself and test drove a car we liked, the dealership is set up very inviting with a coffee bar a lounge area with comfortable seats warm and cozy with the fireplace . The staff was very friendly everyone greeted us and said hi, the experience was 5 star from beginning to end ,, I would recommend all my friends and family to go there!

Robert was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to any Toyota owner. My car literally broke down in the sales lot 3 hours into a 16 hour car trip. Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond throughout this whole ordeal.

Michael DeSalvo is not part of the service department, but when I needed help with my fiat on a Saturday and the service department was closed, Mr. DeSalvo stepped up and solved my problem for me. We spent about two hours on the problem, and he just wouldn't quit until it was solved. I'm sure that this is over-and-above his normal management duties.
