The service staff (Alisha, Sam) were friendly, efficient, professional. The service dept manager (Drew) listened to the issue on my car and acknowledged the possibility of a defect in the wiper post (that broke and needed to get replaced) with a $100 credit towards the labor part of the bill. I only gave 4 star rating because of two reasons: 1. I still believe that the wiper post (made of stainless steel should not just simply break when unscrewing the bolt off it 2. Your prices are very very very high - $460+, parts and labor, for replacing the wiper post You should fix the screen in the waiting area (below the VW lighten up logo) that's supposed to allow for picking accessories. It is currently serving as a large calculator. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and that reset didn't work.

Great guys here. I wanted to get out of my 2014 Rav4 and they got me a great deal with a brand new Honda Prolouge. There was a bit of technical difficulties at first but they fixed it hassle free for me & I'm so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend this dealership! Especially to women that car shop alone that have been taken advantage of by other dealers. These guys are great, can't brag on them enough!

Wellesley MAZDA was very professional and punctual. I arrived and was told to sit in the waiting area where there was free coffee and water chilled. Then I was able to test drive almost immediately. After talking and deciding ultimately that I needed to wait on my decision, they proceeded to give me advise that had nothing to do with them. I felt like they were looking out for me. I learned some things too that is helping me in my search going forward. The issue wasn't the dealership, but the merchandise wasn't what I needed at that time, but this dealership is the experience you want.

Went to Porsche Burlington on June 27th on a whim. Didn’t intend to buy anything at all, just wanted to see the cars. Luckily enough, I got paired with Mr. Fontaine, and boy was the experience magical! I will never go to another car dealership in my life! I got a 2022 Porsche Taycan, and unfortunately did not realize it was RWD. However, that isn’t an issue for John or Porsche Burlington. they gave me a month to make my first payment, so I have 30 days to go back and rectify this purchase! I’ve already been in contact with John, and he reassured me that I will be okay, and I can still get into the car of my dreams. All is good in my world, and I have been so blessed to paired with John Fontaine at Porsche Burlington.
