Purchased our first car at CitySide. Michael Fuller, Mark Lidano, and Eric Burd were excellent. We received all the necessary information that led us to purchase the car at CitySide. I negotiated the price with Michael through email and got the best deal out of all the Subaru dealerships in the Boston area. When we came to CitySide we met with Mark who had the correct quote and answered all of our additional questions, including some great recommendations for restaurants in the area (we are new to Cambridge). Mark even checked that everything was okay after we left the lot with the car (couple of days later). We met Eric (Bird) for financing and everything was ready before we came, which made the experience much simpler. Would highly recommend CitySide for your next Subaru purchase. More

Nick Keitel makes the car buying process a breeze! I searched the Web ~ 4-6 wks for a Crosstrek Premium ‘22 thru ‘24 with less than 50,000 mi, w a price range of $20,000 - $22,000. CitySide Subaru posted a ‘24 Crosstrek Premium w 16,900 mi for $21,400. This thru ‘24 with less than 50,000 mi, w a price range of $20,000 - $22,000. CitySide Subaru posted a ‘24 Crosstrek Premium w 16,900 mi for $21,400. This was a fabulous deal!!!! I called immediately and gave a cc deposit and making an appointment to test drive the car. Nick K. was our sales rep and Eric B was the sales mngr. Nick wasn’t the slick typical car salesman I’ve experienced over the yrs (I’m 69). He was low key and honest!! Eric B was our sales mngr who approved the deal. Eric was fun, informative and sold us a 5 yr service warranty at cost. Over all, the 90 min drive or 3 hr r/t drive was worth the deal on the car. We dreaded a hard sales pitch and were delighted that we did not receive one. Nick was particularly attentive to my husband's kidding about really wanting a red Jeep, which is a running joke in our house, and he especially wanted rubber duckies for the dash. When we picked up the car after it was delivered to the dealership, he had rubber ducks for my husband. Very thoughtful! Eric was very clear about the details of the sales and answered all of our questions about the add-on. The follow-up and offers of assistance with learning about the details of the car are greatly appreciated. Overall: 5 stars! More
