Finance manager and salesman Bernard are nothing but complete liars. They will promise you anything just to make a sale and then when its time for them to follow through they completely say they never p complete liars. Bought a 2024 Honda Passport. Buying a car can be stressful and it’s a big financial cost and I wanted a fair deal and got one. Carlos Polit was Professional and stuck with us throughout the process. The one caveat was a gentleman named Steve in Finance. Just wasted the afternoon emailing Bernard Thompson at Canobie Lake Honda trying to buy a 2024 Honda HRV. Thought all was going well until the final price. Was charging $1000 over MSRP.
