The website was very informative, I submitted my trade online, my customer care specialist Brianna was very informative and easy to contact through text (my preference). An appointment was made with Sammi, who was waiting for me with 2 cars ready for test drive as soon as I arrived. He went through all of the features of each vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and the difference in trim levels and most importantly was NOT pushy! Max the dealership manager honored the trade amount that I was quoted and got me into a very nice lease! Burrell, handled all of my finance paperwork and it couldn’t have been any easier! Best dealership experience I have had hands down!
