Unfortunately, I've had some very disappointing experiences with other dealerships in the Auburn area that left me feeling as though I was taken advantage. Herb Chambers has always been the complete opposite—honest, professional, and genuinely caring. Last week, as I was leaving a hair appointment, my check engine light suddenly came on, along with several other warning lights, including the brake indicator. I was understandably worried. Since I still work and rely on my car every day, I drove straight to Herb Chambers on Route 20. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they welcomed me in and took care of me right away. The relief I felt was tremendous. To Alyssa, Kevin, Julian, and every one of the service advisors who have helped me over the years—thank you.
