Erik and Marshall went out of their way to provide me with TOP-NOTCH service! I am loyal to the Mazda brand and wanted my new car to be another Mazda. I went to the Mazda dealership online and searched for vehicles, and I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I received a call from Marshall shortly after asking me to come into the dealership so they could help me with picking my next car. He told me about their specials, and of course, I went on the same day. I walked into the dealership, and Erik ensured we could test drive any car on the lot. He came out with a crazy amount of keys and said he was ready to show us whatever car we wanted to see. I was impressed with Erik's dedication and attentiveness. I also received a follow-up text and phone call after I purchased my vehicle from him. Marshall also called, texted, and emailed me to let me know my tags were ready for pickup. I appreciate the follow-up, as I tend to get busy with life and lose track of what I need to do. I asked for a specific color, and they delivered. Eric made sure that the vehicle was the same one I test-drove. Last but not least is John McDaniel, the Finance Manager. He explained why I should not purchase certain things, so I would not add unnecessary extras. Thanks to him, my monthly car payment remained reasonable. It was already late, and John did not rush to get me out the door despite his pending engagement.
